我用了 Document checklist: (IMM 5491) 來檢查了我的文件...

P.S 我是用COMMON-LAW的條件進行申請的哦~~ (以下來按照IMM 5491的順序)

2. Sponsorship Agreement (IMM 1344B)
3. Sponsorship Evaluation (IMM 5481)
4. Receipt (IMM 5401) – Copy 2 properly completed of the receipt  
5. Sponsor Questionnaire (IMM 5540)

1. Use of Representative (IMM 5476).
2. Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409) 

SPONSORED PERSON:

1. Application for permanent residence (IMM 0008 Generic)
2. Schedule 1. Background / declaration (IMM 0008 Schedule 1)
3. Spouse/Partner questionnaire (IMM 5490)
4. Additional Family information (IMM 5406)

1. Photocopy of Canadian passport (No.13)
2. Option C printout (No.17) 因在台灣待了三年,所以用台灣的繳稅證明代替和存款證明(If you do not provide this printout, provide an explanation on a separate sheet of paper.)
3. Working contract in Taiwan (No.18)
4.  ARC Expiration certificate in Taiwan (No.20) 現不住在加拿大的要提出證明說一定會回去,所以只好先暫時提供ARC的居留證明(除了印ARC的影本外,還申請了居留證明,上面有顯示居留證到期日)

No. 14 (還沒結婚囉!) / No.15 (沒有co-signer) / No.16 (沒有前妻,前同居人)

No.19 (先提供了台灣繳稅證明和存款記錄了) / No. 21 (沒小孩啦!!)

   • 除了在IMM 5490另外提供的Love story外(因上面有出去玩/吃飯的照片,登機證,門票收據...etc.)
   •  三年的租屋契約(房東很好心,幫我們重簽中英文版的)
   • 網路費的繳費證明
   • 信用卡帳單(我提供了兩家而且很多個月的…哈)
4. Original of police certificates and clearances. (良民證)
5. Proof of medical examination for the sponsored person (體檢收據)

以上差不多都整理完了...接下來剩下大頭照和體檢的部份囉~~

下星期二就打算來去體檢!! 首先....這星期要先來去墾丁啦!! ^^
